Malta International Wine Festival (18–22 June, Argotti Gardens, Floriana)

On the evening of 14 June, the historic Cittadella in Victoria will glow with the light of thousands of candles, transforming the ancient fortress into a fairytale setting. The event starts at 19:00 and includes live music, street performers, local food stalls, and a peaceful, romantic atmosphere that’s unlike anything else on the islands. A must-see for visitors and locals alike.

Luminaria – A Night of Light and Music (27–28 June, Nadur, Gozo)
Luminaria is one of Gozo’s most spectacular summer nights. Taking place in the village of Nadur, this event lights up the night sky with a breathtaking fireworks display, perfectly choreographed to music. The show begins at 23:45 on the 27th and finishes at 00:45 am on the 28th of June, filling the square and surrounding rooftops with colour, rhythm, and energy.
