This includes paying the minimum annual tax of \u20ac15,000, maintaining qualifying residential property in Malta through ownership or an eligible rental agreement, and ensuring that comprehensive health insurance remains in place for themselves and any dependants covered by the programme. Beneficiaries are also required to submit annual declarations and any supporting documentation necessary to demonstrate continued compliance with the programme rules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is important to distinguish between the programme itself and the residence documentation associated with it.
