Huse voksede kraftigt i udvalgte omr\u00e5der, men er langsommere at s\u00e6lge og udleje. I vores data steg huspriserne med et gennemsnit p\u00e5 <strong>+35.3%<\/strong> p\u00e5 hele Malta (undtagen Gozo), sammenlignet med <strong>+42.7%<\/strong> for lejligheder. Lejligheder i Malta s\u00e5 ogs\u00e5 <strong>st\u00f8rre volumen og sn\u00e6vrere spreads<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Interessant nok adskiller dette sig fra markeder som Irland og Portugal, hvor eftersp\u00f8rgslen efter plads efter COVID satte mere skub i huspriserne. Det betyder konstant eftersp\u00f8rgsel efter korttidslejem\u00e5l i kystomr\u00e5der som <strong>Sliema, St Paul's Bay og Valletta<\/strong>.
