Det, de har gjort, er ret afg\u00f8rende at \u00e6ndre, hvordan det krav fungerer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fra <strong>4. maj 2026<\/strong>, Sundhedsscreening g\u00e5r fra at v\u00e6re et procedurem\u00e6ssigt skridt i baggrunden til at v\u00e6re en central gateway i starten af ans\u00f8gningsprocessen. For b\u00e5de ans\u00f8gere og arbejdsgivere handler det mindre om nye regler og mere om en ny virkelighed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Indtil for nylig var l\u00e6getjek stort set procedurem\u00e6ssige. En l\u00e6ge gennemgik dine resultater, skrev under, og processen gik videre ved at sende scannet dokumentation via e-mail til <em><a>workpermit.idcu@gov.mt<\/a><\/em> til godkendelse. I de fleste tilf\u00e6lde blev hele trinnet gennemf\u00f8rt inden for ca. 10 arbejdsdage, og selvom det var vigtigt, f\u00f8ltes det sj\u00e6ldent afg\u00f8rende.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nu sidder de samme optegnelser i centrum af systemet. De uploades, gennemg\u00e5s og vurderes formelt af myndighederne selv, og det er dem, der afg\u00f8r, om din ans\u00f8gning overhovedet kommer videre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kort sagt er sundhedsscreening ikke blevet genopfundet. Den er blevet repositioneret.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"the-new-system-who-does-what\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Det nye system: Hvem g\u00f8r hvad?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En af de vigtigste \u00e6ndringer er ikke kun procedurem\u00e6ssig, men ogs\u00e5 strukturel. Systemet definerer nu klart hver enkelt parts rolle. Det, der engang var en l\u00f8st forbundet proces, er nu en koordineret k\u00e6de, hvor hvert trin afh\u00e6nger af, at det foreg\u00e5ende er gennemf\u00f8rt korrekt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"the-role-of-the-applicant\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ans\u00f8gerens rolle<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>For f\u00f8rstegangsans\u00f8gere er situationen nu b\u00e5de klarere og mere kr\u00e6vende. Fra den 4. maj 2026 skal alle tredjelandsstatsborgere gennemg\u00e5 en helbredsscreening som en del af arbejdstilladelsesprocessen, uanset landeklassifikation eller jobkategori. Det fjerner den tidligere skelnen mellem lavrisiko- og h\u00f8jrisikoans\u00f8gere i indrejsefasen. Alle kommer nu ind i systemet gennem sundhedsscreening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Rent praktisk skal ans\u00f8gere:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-style-cnvs-block-bordered\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list is-style-cs-list-styled-positive-circle-2 has-medium-font-size\">\n<li>G\u00e5 til en godkendt l\u00e6ge p\u00e5 Malta<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S\u00f8rg for komplette og verificerbare vaccinationsjournaler<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gennemg\u00e5 blodpr\u00f8ver, hvis vaccinationshistorien er ufuldst\u00e6ndig<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gennemf\u00f8r yderligere screening, f.eks. r\u00f8ntgenbilleder af brystet, hvis det er n\u00f8dvendigt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Angiv identifikationsoplysninger eller systemreference (HS-kode) under bes\u00f8get<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Forberedelse er nu afg\u00f8rende. Hvis vaccinationsoplysningerne er ufuldst\u00e6ndige eller ikke kan verificeres, kan ans\u00f8gere blive bedt om at <strong>gennemg\u00e5r gentagne eller yderligere vaccinationer<\/strong> for at opfylde de kr\u00e6vede standarder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-orange-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-orange-background-color has-background is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"the-role-of-the-doctor\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">L\u00e6gens rolle<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u00e6gens rolle har \u00e6ndret sig markant og er nu central i processen. Tidligere gennemgik l\u00e6gerne resultaterne og bekr\u00e6ftede, at de blev overholdt. Deres rolle var prim\u00e6rt klinisk. I det nye system bliver l\u00e6gen en del af det officielle godkendelsesworkflow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-style-cnvs-block-bordered\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list is-style-cs-list-styled-positive-circle-2 has-medium-font-size\">\n<li>Medicinske tests udf\u00f8res eller verificeres af l\u00e6gen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vaccinationsjournaler gennemg\u00e5s og bekr\u00e6ftes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Blodpr\u00f8ver udf\u00f8res, hvor det er n\u00f8dvendigt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alle resultater uploades direkte til det centraliserede system<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u00e6gens rolle er ikke l\u00e6ngere begr\u00e6nset til at gennemg\u00e5 resultaterne. For at f\u00e5 adgang til og gennemf\u00f8re sundhedsscreeningen i systemet skal l\u00e6gen have ans\u00f8gerens personlige identifikationsoplysninger eller sundhedsscreeningskode (HS) under bes\u00f8get. Uden disse oplysninger kan processen ikke forts\u00e6tte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"the-role-of-the-employer\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Arbejdsgiverens rolle<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Arbejdsgiverne spiller nu en mere aktiv og ansvarlig rolle i koordineringen af processen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det forventes de at g\u00f8re:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-style-cnvs-block-bordered\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list is-style-cnvs-list-styled-negative\">\n<li>Start og administrer ans\u00f8gningen gennem systemet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S\u00f8rg for, at ans\u00f8geren gennemf\u00f8rer sundhedsscreeningen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Overv\u00e5g fremskridt og tidslinjer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Forts\u00e6t f\u00f8rst med tilladelsesprocessen, n\u00e5r sundhedsgodkendelsen er opn\u00e5et<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Arbejdsgiverne venter faktisk ikke l\u00e6ngere p\u00e5, at dokumenterne kommer. De f\u00f8rer tilsyn med en proces, som skal gennemf\u00f8res korrekt, f\u00f8r noget andet kan begynde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"the-role-of-the-authorities\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Myndighedernes rolle<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>I stedet for at modtage dokumentation via e-mail og vurdere den sammen med ans\u00f8gningen, g\u00f8r myndighederne det nu:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-style-cnvs-block-bordered\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list is-style-cnvs-list-styled-negative\">\n<li>Gennemg\u00e5 medicinske data direkte i systemet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bekr\u00e6ft overholdelse, f\u00f8r tilladelsesprocessen begynder<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Godkend eller bloker progression i sundhedsscreeningsfasen<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Det forvandler sundhedsscreening til en \u00e6gte gatekeeping-mekanisme. Ans\u00f8gningen bliver ikke behandlet og derefter vurderet. Gyldigheden af medicinske tests spiller nu en direkte rolle, ikke kun ved f\u00f8rstegangsans\u00f8gninger, men ogs\u00e5 ved fornyelser og skift af arbejdsgiver.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-style-cnvs-block-bordered\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list is-style-cnvs-list-styled-negative\">\n<li><strong>R\u00f8ntgen af brystkassen<\/strong><br>Typisk gyldig i op til <strong>1 \u00e5r<\/strong>, s\u00e6rligt relevant for ans\u00f8gere fra h\u00f8jrisikolande<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Unders\u00f8gelser af blod<\/strong><br>Kan forblive gyldig i op til <strong>2 \u00e5r<\/strong>, afh\u00e6ngigt af testtype og vaccinationsstatus<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Vaccinationsjournaler<\/strong><br>Skal forblive komplet og verificerbar; hvor optegnelser mangler eller er uklare, <strong>gentagen vaccination kan v\u00e6re p\u00e5kr\u00e6vet<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Med tiden betyder det, at ans\u00f8gere, is\u00e6r dem fra h\u00f8jrisikolande, kan blive bedt om at gentage visse l\u00e6getjek i l\u00f8bet af de f\u00f8rste \u00e5r af deres ans\u00e6ttelse p\u00e5 Malta. Det kan f.eks. v\u00e6re n\u00f8dvendigt at forny et r\u00f8ntgenbillede af brystet efter det f\u00f8rste \u00e5r, mens blodpr\u00f8ver og vaccinationsstatus kan blive revurderet afh\u00e6ngigt af dokumentation og rolle. Skift af arbejdsgiver eller jobfunktion kan ogs\u00e5 udl\u00f8se en gennemgang af eksisterende journaler, is\u00e6r hvis gyldigheden er udl\u00f8bet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Disse krav har praktiske omkostninger. L\u00e6gekonsultationer, billeddiagnostik og laboratorieunders\u00f8gelser betales typisk af ans\u00f8geren eller arbejdsgiveren og ligger i de fleste tilf\u00e6lde p\u00e5 mellem <strong>100 \u20ac og 300 \u20ac pr. cyklus<\/strong>. N\u00e5r dokumenter udl\u00f8ber eller skal gentages, opst\u00e5r disse omkostninger igen. I det nye system er timingen ikke l\u00e6ngere kun administrativ. Det har en direkte \u00f8konomisk indvirkning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"first-time-applicants-a-much-higher-bar\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>F\u00f8rstegangsans\u00f8gere har en meget h\u00f8jere barre<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For nye ans\u00f8gere er adgangst\u00e6rsklen steget betydeligt. Denne \u00e6ndring st\u00e5r ikke alene. Den f\u00f8lger indf\u00f8relsen af <a href=\"https:\/\/expatax.mt\/da\/maltas-kursus-for-afgang-forklaret\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/expatax.mt\/maltas-pre-departure-course-explained\/\">kursus f\u00f8r afrejse<\/a>, som allerede tilf\u00f8jede forberedelsestid, struktur og omkostninger til processen. Tilf\u00f8jelsen af obligatorisk helbredsscreening, herunder \u2018andre job\u2019, helt i begyndelsen skaber endnu et lag.
