Perioden p\u00e5 fire arbejdsdage er et juridisk maksimum, ikke en administrativ frist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ans\u00e6ttelses- og opsigelsesformularer skal indsendes via <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/jobsplus.gov.mt\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/jobsplus.gov.mt\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Jobsplus Employer Online Services portal<\/a><\/strong>, som er den almindelige indberetningskanal for arbejdsgivere. Interne processer b\u00f8r derfor sikre, at portaladgangen er aktiv f\u00f8r medarbejderens startdato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der er begr\u00e6nsede undtagelser. Arbejdsgivere er lovm\u00e6ssigt forpligtet til at indsende opsigelsesformularen inden for fire arbejdsdage fra den faktiske opsigelsesdato. Denne forpligtelse er ikke diskretion\u00e6r.
